Youll support the organizations mission of providing solutions that ignite growth and deliver value always.   Youll assist in the strategic and business planning process from a financial perspective for organization:   target setting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and financial planning. Youll communicate capacity plan strategy and create plan for resource acquisition throughout the year.   Youll ensure Sarbanes Oxley compliance processes are followed throughout the organization.   In your role as a key player in the organization, youll help to optimize the organizations ability to successfully manage the financials or a multi-faceted project portfolio.  In collaboration with multiple project managers, youll be responsible for coordinating with other IT teams regarding metrics reporting processes.   In addition, youll use your influencing skills to coach MT/LT in the development of action plans to address improvements necessary to meet targets.
